Terberg OL21W Rear Loader with Winch and Crane

A rear loader with winch and crane for combined household collection, multi-compartment containers and emptying of underground waste systems. The Terberg OL21W body is equipped with a winch and lock-and-shake at the rear, plus a Viel 807E.R2 crane mounted by Viel/EuroTrade.

The Solution

The vehicle combines three functions in one truck: standard rear loader operation for regular bins, a winch with lock-and-shake for multi-compartment containers, and a Viel 807E.R2 crane for underground waste systems. This allows the customer to use one vehicle where several trucks or separate routes were previously required.

The winch with lock-and-shake is a typical Nordic solution for multi-compartment containers and enables efficient emptying without additional equipment. The crane handles underground bins on the same route. The vehicle is configured for daily operation in private waste collection with a focus on flexibility between different collection methods.

The vehicle is in daily operation handling a combined route with regular bins, multi-compartment containers and underground systems.
